directions:

From Downtown:

Take the L blue line to the Damen stop
Exiting the station, walk to your left to North Ave
Take another left onto North ave heading west
Walk 3 1/2 blocks and on the right side (north side) of the street is a three story brick building with a wooden gate at the left side of it
Ring the bell

--OR--

Drive north on any major downtown street till you hit Chicago Ave
Take Chicago Ave. west for a few miles until you reach Milwaukee Ave
Take a right, heading north on Milwaukee for a few more miles until you reach Division Ave
Take a left onto Division and drive west for a mile until you reach Oakley
Take a right and drive north 7 blocks or so until you pass North Ave
Once you pass north, park there on Oakley and walk two houses east on North to the studio
Ring the bell

From OHare Airport:

Follow the signs that say "train to city"
Get off at the Damen stop
Then follow the directions from the station listed above

From the North Suburbs:
Take Edens expressway (94) through the junction with (90) south
Exit west on North Ave
Drive west a mile or so, 3 and a half blocks past the six corner intersection of North/ Damen/ Milwaukee
Studio is on the right

From the West Suburbs:

Take the Eisenhower expressway (290) east towards downtown.
Follow the Kennedy (90/94) to "Wisconsin" drive north on Kennedy and exit at North Ave west.
Follow direction directly above.
