Andrew is a music producer and percussionist originally from Ashland, Ohio. Having worked with a variety of artists throughout his career, Andrew loves merging modern production techniques with both conventional and experimental songwriting, often leading him to work in Pop, Dance, and Ambient styles. Whether it’s the infectious grooves and melodies of Disclosure and Sam Smith, the immersive textures of Beth Gibbons and Radiohead, or the cacophony of Russian Circles and Thrice, Andrew always seeks to create something wholly unique, yet notably accessible.
Growing up on a steady diet of ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic’s “Food” album and classic rock, Andrew gravitated towards music at a young age through drum lessons and scholastic ensembles, eventually formalizing his pursuits through his study of jazz and audio engineering at Capital University, where he graduated Cum Laude from the Conservatory’s percussion studio, having earned a Bachelor’s of Music in music technology.
